If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of no dogs being present for an entire week at your residence (vacation), we are happy to apply a credit to your account for that week.

We do always want you to be happy with your service, therefore we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are not pleased with the job we have done, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will be happy to return and reclean the area.
